We want to inspire followers of Jesus Christ all over the country to join in caring for some of those the Lord has always cared for; widows and widowers in their lives. At Widow Wednesday we are a growing team of friends and family who spend time regularly helping widows. If you feel you want to be involved in your community don’t be afraid to start small.

Here are a few simple ways you can love and serve widow friends in your community:

Spend quality time in conversation,
Share a meal
Go on an outing (the zoo, a movie, a coffeeshop, etc.)
Have them over for a holiday
